Sometimes you see cluster configurations with the Next Next Done/finish method and yes this is fine but one day you need to fix things that happened during this quick configuration .
Like a 3 TB cluster quorum / witness disk, yes storage is cheap but never waste a good TB.
When You create a cluster with only one disk and configured a shared witness disk then the only disk available will be used. If it is a 500 MB disk it will use this disk but if it is a 3TB disk it will use that disk. With multiple disks it will use the smallest disk.
Step 1 : create a 500MB LUN for usage as Quorum.
Step 2 : create a LUN as big as you want for storage or CSV.
Now when you try to configure the witness disk it will auto select the 500MB LUN.
