If you are playing with VDI and you are want to increase the rebuild time and not want to set the registry key. You can change this by PowerShell

get-command get-rd*

Get-RDVirtualDesktopConcurrency

FQDN                                               Concurrency

set-RDVirtualDesktopConcurrency -ConcurrencyFactor 20
